Warranty and guarantee
As a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to the purchase of goods, corresponding to a two-year warranty.

Product complaints
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty (36 months on certain products if indicated). This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour.
You must make a complaint within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) delivery costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a shipping receipt so that we can refund your delivery costs.

When returning the item, please describe the problem as detailed as possible.
Expedition is facilitated if complete information accompanies the parcel, e.g. copy of the order confirmation/previous correspondence and reg. and the account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made.
We do not receive parcels without delivery or parcels sent by post-delivery service.
